[05.06.09] JunJin injures wrist ahead of comeback

News went out that singer JunJin has recently injured his wrist.
His company revealed on the 2nd, “Ahead of his comeback, JunJin had hurt his wrist while exercising.”
It is set for JunJin to have his comeback stage on 9th on MBC Music Core. His company representative also revealed that the doctor had advised for JunJin to undergo operation for his wrist, which will take up to 6 weeks to recover. But because his comeback date is pushing near, he will just have to go ahead with his comeback plans.
What’s worse was that right after he got injured, the next day he was set to do filming for his album jacket on 1st May and the filming of his MV on 2nd.
JunJin’s new minialbum will be released on 7th May.

[05.06.09] Fly To The Sky goes on farewell trip ending their 10-years activities together

The Fly To The Sky members HwanHee and Brian go on a farewell trip to commemorate their activities together for the last 10 years since their debut.
They did that through SBS ‘Close Note’. Their manager said in an interview that this vacation will leave them with some good memories as part of Fly To The Sky before they take a rest from group activities to focus on their individual activities.
The 2 also provided, “It is a lie if we said we don’t fight. We learned to be careful with what we say and be understanding after being together for about 7-8 years.”
They debuted with the song ‘Day By Day’ in 1999 and them appearing on SBS ‘Close Note’ will be their last activity together. This episode of ‘Close Note’ will be aired on 8th May.

Big Bang’s ‘Caffe Latte’ CF teaser was released on the 4th. This CF includes an actual large-scale concert stage with 200 actual Big Bang fans. To get the realistic feel of a concert, an ad was put online to sign up as an extra. All extras were signed up within 8 minutes! What hardcore fans/extras!
In the teaser, Taeyang is seen with a lowered head and being scolded and a collapsed exhausted G-Dragon.

Apparently critics have concluded his drug use was a tool for pleasure, pure leisure. His reason for using drugs was not due to being born with mental defects or stress from work.

That’s because even though the dramas Kang Ji Hwan starred in drew avid fans, he lost the ratings to the big hit dramas that aired on the other stations. 90 Days to Hwang Jini, Capital Scandal to Money’s Warfare, Hong Gil Dong to New Heart…they were all completely knocked out by the competition.

[05.02.09] SS501 coming to America, concerned about Swine Flu

Back in March, three members of SS501 or Triple-S flew to Los Angeles to perform at the Victory Concert. This time, all five members of SS501 will be making the trip. The boys are scheduled to arrive in Los Angeles, California on May 6th in preparations for their second album release and also to perform at the Korea Times Music Festival on May 9th.
SS501 member, Kim Hyung Joon met with the press recently and stated that they will take pictures for their album jacket while in America and also meet with some music executives / producers. He also said that it won’t be a vacation and they will be working hard in America… however, he didn’t end it there. He continued by saying that the group is somewhat concerned about traveling to America because of all the talk about Swine Flu. Even with these concerns, they’re not concerned enough to have it ruin their experience in America.
